Application:
Aluminum hypophosphite, referring to a novel combustion improver, is prepared by hydrothermal reaction and calcination at a high temperature of 800 degrees. The purity of the product is reached to 99.5%. The corresponding chemical formula of the product is Al(H2PO2)3. The thermal stability of aluminum hypophosphite is good, and therefore it will not cause the decomposition of the polymer and affect the plastic molding composition in the process. The product is slightly soluble in water, and non-volatile the normal working conditions of preparing and heating thermoplastic polymer.

The application products of aluminum hypophosphite have relatively high thermal stability, and relatively good mechanical properties and weather resistance in the processing process. The polymer composition containing aluminum hypophosphite has relatively high fire resistance. Due to the high phosphorus content, the thermal stability of the product is good. Based on the advantages such as tiny water solubility, large flame retardant effectiveness and the like, the flame retardant efficiency of aluminum hypophosphite applied to PA6, PET and other modified plastics is high, the rate of heat release and the heat generated in the combustion process are reduced suddenly while adding into PET, the amount of carbon after the combustion is increased, and the fire resistance is reached to Grade V-0 of UL94 standard. According to the experiment of comparing with the PET flame retardant used at home,  the flame retardant effect of aluminum hypophosphite can be improved by 60%.

Package and Precautions:
The product with the net weight of 25kg/piece is packed with paper barrel lined with a polyethylene bag. The product to be stored shall be sealed, stored in a dry, dark and cool place, and prevented from contacting with oxidants.
